Rock n Ropes

High Ropes Course Activities

Two Wire Bridge

At approximately 12.5 metres above the ground, you traverse along two wires. This exercise is a great starter for getting a feel for the rest of the ropes course.

Burma Bridge

After climbing the pole you stroll across the cable while holding on to the ropes. It's pretty high but it shouldn't be too difficult, is it?

Rickety Bridge

Always wondered how good your sense of balance is? Give the Rickety Bridge a try and you'll know. With absolutely nothing to hold on to, you walk or shuffle across the bridge and then do it again in reverse.

High Log

It looks impossible but it's not. The first two steps are the hardest but when you don't stop, you can do it. Just keep on moving across the log (no, it's not flat on top) and when you reach the end, reverse back along.

Vertical Play Pen

This is a great series of vertical climbing challenges. Especially designed to test those of you who like to take on an extra dare.

Heebie Jeebie

Technique is the key to success in this exercise. You traverse along a foot cable using two diagonal ropes for support.

Giant Trapeze

Find out if there is a true circus artist hidden inside you. The Giant Trapeze is the ultimate head trip. First you climb the 13 metre pole and remember there is no way back. Stand on top with nothing to hold on to. Then leap forward to grab the trapeze which is dangling two metres out in front of you.

Giant Swing

The only way to describe the Giant Swing is with the word spectacular. It is exactly what it says and more. An experience you won't forget.

Multi Vine

You'll love it or you'll hate this one as it is far from easy. Traverse the cable with the aid of just a few dangling vines for support.

Chicken Walk

Don't look down! This is a true test of balance on two foot cables. Success rate is about 1 in 20. It's Rock'n Ropes ultimate test...
